Mr. Jim Spreng has primary responsibility for daily portfolio management and investment research. His background in investment management includes a position as a Financial Consultant at Merrill Lynch prior to forming Spreng & Pigman. He has been actively involved in investments for over thirty seven years. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Spreng earned a B.S. in Economics from Cornell University. He has been and remains an active participant on many national and local boards of directors and community organizations. |

Mr. Jim Pigman is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner with over thirty seven years of experience. He also is a partner in Pigman, Brown and McElligott, LTD a CPA firm located in Bucyrus. He serves on the Investment Committee and is responsible for tax effective investments. Mr. Pigman is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College with a B.S. in Accounting. He has served and continues to serve on many boards of directors and community organizations and Foundations. |

Mr. Tom Brown is a Certified Public Accountant and is responsible for daily portfolio management. Mr. Brown is also a partner in Pigman, Brown & McElligott, LTD a CPA firm located in Bucyrus. He serves as Assistant Chairman of the Investment Committee. His background in investment management includes positions at Paine Webber and Meeder Financial prior to joining Spreng & Pigman. He has been involved in investment management for over 11 years. Mr. Brown is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Economics. He currently serves on several community organizations. |

Ms. Leslie Emory is Supervisor, Client Relations. She is responsible for all interaction and service for all of our clients including account documentation, client transition and client reporting. She began her career at Spreng & Pigman as a summer intern, eventually assuming the primary role of all client service for the entire organization. Ms. Emory is the Executive Assistant for the Investment Committee. |
